JOB DURATION: 4 months
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN
PAY RATE: $63-67/hr
Position Description: Experience Level: 10 or more years technical background and 6+ years directly related web experience.
Description: Acts as the highest-level technical expert on the development and implementation of highly complex, large-scale internet and intranet applications on diverse platforms, crossing multiple business lines. Uses expert knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions. Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution. Provides leadership in researching and tracking new web technologies, developing service applications, and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. Oversees system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
- Key area of responsibility - UI Design and Build for ACH application.

Description: Following established guidelines, responds to telephone inquiries concerning support, processing or request procedures, systems status and network connectivity. Documents and may resolve basic problems regarding business applications and hardware and software. Records inquiries, repair and service requests, resolves or directs request to appropriate technical area or vendor, tracks status and follows up to ensure client satisfaction. Escalates to senior staff when solution is unclear. Reports problems with procedures.
